  • Most of our puppies are sold as pets, with limited or no AKC registration.

We should have 3 litters on the way. All due Mid-May! Creams, Reds, Black&Tans, Black&Creams, Some Piebalds and Dapples are possible. All Longhair.

Please read if you are considering a puppy from us!
Size "estimate" is based on size of the parents, there is NO size Guarantee! Overall, our puppies usually grow to be 9-14 pounds as adults.

PLEASE: Make sure your SPOUSE and LANDLORD are okay with getting a puppy BEFORE you inquire. ON THE DATE THE WISH LIST OPENS, you can apply by sending an email to benderdachspuppy@gmail.com , and telling me about yourself and your household (family members and other pets, usual activities etc) and what color/sex you prefer.) THIS IS IMPORTANT! I do not have a formal questionnaire, but I do need to know that your home will be a good fit for one of our puppies! The email is your introduction to me, and I use it to help me choose the ORDER of Pick. Photos of your home , family or pets help me decide, but are not required. I will post on this site and on our Facebook page the exact date that the Wish List will open. Mixed Coat (smooth/long) litters will take 2 to 3 weeks to determine if Smooth or Long Hair.

When it's time to Pick Out a puppy, I contact people on the Wish List (in the order I choose) and send pictures of the available pups. Once you select your puppy, I will email the contract. You then need to pay the Hold Fee immediately if using PayPal or Venmo, or the NEXT BUSINESS DAY to mail a USPS Money Order Priority With Tracking, or the puppy could be offered to the next person!

There is at least ONE FREE weekend Delivery day to BILLINGS. Delivery to CUSTER or HARDIN is always FREE. We can sometimes deliver FOR A FEE: see the cities listed in the INFORMATION box on this page.

The Non-Refundable* HoldFee to reserve a puppy is $300. It is deducted from the price of the puppy at pick-up. The balance is due at puppy transfer, which will be when it is 8-9 weeks old. The Hold Fee is Refundable only IF something were to happen to the pup while still here or WE cancel the reservation!
The Hold Fee may ONLY be paid by Post Office Money Order(Preferred) OR we can also accept PayPal or Venmo for the Hold Fee. CASH ONLY for the balance at pick-up/delivery. Please understand that we are small breeders. Please do not feel bad if you do not get offered a pup the first time you apply. You may apply again, if you're still looking for the perfct puppy. We don't keep/carry over contact infomation to other litters. You need to apply again each litter.

Companion/Pet Puppies are Usually $1100-$1400
Price can vary depending on the litter or puppy ​"Pet" Puppies Do NOT automatically come with AKC PAPERS** AKC sent me a report showing that only 1/3 of pet owners actually sent in the applications that I ordered!**Therefore, if you want AKC "Limited Registration," you need to let me know when you INQUIRE about a puppy, so I can order the registration from AKC. I do not charge extra for pet/Limited AKC papers for a puppy coming from a litter that I am ALREADY registering, We only register the litters that include puppies sold with FULL AKC, so not every litter will be registered! **The PET PRICE is a REDUCED PRICE in order to help you with the cost of the recommended spaying or neutering.**
**Full AKC (Breeder) Registration is usually $1600-$1800** which is available to responsible breeders. (The price can vary for some Litters)
Not all puppies or litters will be eligible with FULL AKC. All of our puppies will be great pets, but not all should be bred. We want to insure that only best and desirable characteristics are passed on to future puppies. Approved Breeders, including Benderdachs, get priority choice when picking puppies.

A Non-Refundable Holding Fee of $300 will reserve
your puppy until it is ready to go to your home. The Holding Fee is DEDUCTED from the price of the puppy when you pick it up. Once you place a deposit on your puppy, updated pictures will be sent to you about every 7- 10 Days.

We will offer ONE weekend to deliver to Billings for free. If you cannot accomidate the scheduled pick up date, there is a $10 PER DAY boarding charge, and a $30 fee to deliver the pup to you on a different date into Billings. Or, we can meet you in Hardin or Custer with NO DELIVERY FEE

Due to gas prices and the time it takes, we charge $50 to deliver to Big Timber, MT, *** OR May-October (Weather permitting) and when our schedule allows: $60 to Sheridan, WY , Miles City MT and $75 to Harlowton, MT (For people near Great Falls) and $75 to Livingston, MT

All Puppies will have been examined and had their first vaccination administerd by our Veterinarian. All Puppies are microchipped with Fi-Nano prepaid chip registration. We give regular De-Worming treatments. Puppies will come with a gift basket that includes an authentic Snuggle Puppy, treat jar full of food, a blanket, toys and other fun things. Puppies come with a 12 month Replacement Warranty for Fatal/Terminal Hereditary and Congenital Defects.
